Discover the transformative power of yoga tailored specifically for women in perimenopause | menopause. Designed and created by me, this mini course offers, effective practices to ease symptoms, boost energy, and restore balance. Join me to learn poses (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindfulness exercises that support your journey through this transition.

 

There are four session in the course, as follows:

☯️ Session 1 – 20 minute practice: Calming Flow for when you don't have a lot of time, but need to de-stress and feel less overwhelmed!

 

☯️ Session 2 – 30 minute practice: Energy boosting, for times when your energy is good and you want something more physical to practice. Building strength in a non-impactful way.

 

☯️ Session 3 – 20 minute practice: Yin Yoga, to do if you’re feeling the fatigue and you're in need of a re-set. The poses focus on grounding and re-balancing the energy, with some joint releasing for the hips and shoulders

 ☯️ Session 4 – 30 minute practice: Restorative Yoga, a restful, wind down practice for the evening, using pillows and blankets to support your body.
